Performance characteristics of J23 series open tilting press:
1. This series of presses adopts a rigid rotary key clutch, with a simple structure, easy operation and maintenance, and uses helical gear transmission for smooth operation; The J23-25 open tilting press has low impact and noise. It is a domestic company that has changed the sliding bearings (i.e. copper pads) of the transmission gear to rolling bearings. After the change, the transmission gear is wear-resistant, avoiding the increase in gear noise caused by rapid wear of copper pads.
The J23-35 open tilting press is unique in the industry. The body of 35T press produced by other domestic manufacturers basically adopts the body of 25T press, and the transmission gear adopts copper pads. Only we have redesigned the body, the 35T body is much heavier than the 25T body (with better strength), and adopts rolling bearing transmission (with less gear noise), which is equivalent to a general lightweight 40T press.
3. The 80T and above tonnage press adopts a pneumatic double balance cylinder structure, with small fluctuations in balance force, balancing the weight of the slider and upper mold, and avoiding machine tool shaking caused by the above weight. It can prevent the impact and noise caused by reverse force on gears during transmission, eliminate the gap between connecting rods and sliders, and reduce the impact and wear of stressed parts; It can prevent accidents caused by the sliding block falling due to brake failure or connecting rod breakage.
